Need a Master Checklist for Mandatory Reporting Requirements?
Posted on: 5/11/2017

As you know, it’s not just abuse and neglect that trigger mandatory reporting from health professionals. There are many other requirements, from reporting cases of ophthalmia neonatorum within the first six hours of a baby’s life to signing a Certificate of Death within 48 hours of a patient’s passing.

ISMS has developed a quick-reference checklist covering actions that must be completed in various scenarios from birth to death.
