  • ISMS Priority Legislation on the Move in Springfield!

    This week marked the 3rd reading bill deadline for the Illinois General Assembly, which is the deadline for bills to move from their starting chamber to the next chamber.

    While this reduces the number of bills up for consideration, new proposals will still be considered and passed as it is common for extensive amendments to be introduced during this time.

    For this reason, ISMS is vigilant in monitoring and taking positions on the scores of amendments that will come in the next several weeks.

    At press time, here are the ISMS priorities that recently advanced in the General Assembly:
