Alert: Harmony Health Plan Close Out – No “NEW” Claim Disputes Accepted after October 31

ISMS has received notice that Harmony Health Plan will not accept any new claim disputes for review or reprocessing that are received after Oct. 31, 2019. Disputes received prior to this date will be processed until resolution. 

This deadline only applies to claims that have already been submitted. (As of June 2019, all claims through and including dates of service in 2018 should have been submitted.)

Harmony Health Plan ceased operations at the end of 2018 and its Medicaid patients transitioned to MeridianHealth. In order to process remaining claims and to address outstanding account receivables, Harmony continued to maintain claims operations. 

But now Harmony is in the final process of closing its operations.
