The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will expand its accelerated and advance payment program for participating providers and suppliers as a result of the financial burdens placed on them due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Expedited and advance Medicare payments will provide emergency funding and accelerate cash flow, based on payment history, to those impacted by this public health crisis.
