Important Information You Need to Know About Voluntary Refund Checks Being Sent to National Government Services for Jurisdiction K and Jurisdiction 6 Part B Medicare

National Government Services, Inc.has discovered some provider and suppliers are sending voluntary refund checks to an incorrect mailing address. If you're sending voluntary refund checks to an incorrect address, posting of overpayments will not transpire, causing overpayments to offset. Mailing to an incorrect address does not change the collection process timeline. To ensure that your overpayments are being satisfied and posted to the correct account, voluntary refunds should be sent to the correct address.

Jurisdiction K (JK) providers and suppliers (CT, NY, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT) mail voluntary payments to:
National Government Services, Inc.
P.O. Box 809645
Chicago, IL 60680-9645

JK Part B Providers should also be completing the JK Part B Overpayment Recovery Unit Voluntary Refund Form any time a check is being sent to National Government Services.

Jurisdiction 6 (J6) providers and suppliers (IL, MN, WI) mail voluntary payments to:
National Government Services, Inc.
P.O. Box 809194
Chicago, IL 60680-9194

J6 Part B providers should also be completing the J6 Part B Overpayment Recovery Unit Voluntary Refund Form any time a check is being sent to National Government Services.
